The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rain shower in the bathroom was a luxurious touch.

the room could have used some additional storage space.

I absolutely loved my stay at this 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Midtown. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the great shopping areas and attractions, like Central Park and Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They even provided complimentary coffee in the mornings and delivered water to my room in the evenings. The ambience of this place was so relaxed and welcoming, creating a truly enjoyable atmosphere.

We had a good time. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The location was fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Times Square.

As a business traveler, I loved the art-themed decor and paintings throughout the hotel. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location, just three blocks from Central Park and half a block from 5th Avenue, was perfect. The subway stations nearby were convenient too.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of Midtown. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to Central Park and close to several subway stops. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a rain shower that added a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered great value for money and had a boutique hotel feel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The only downside was the on-site dining, which I found to be limited and slightly depressing in the restaurant in the basement.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the warm and cute staff who made me feel like family. The bed and bedding were perfect for a restful night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to shopping on Fifth Avenue and a short walk to the theater district. The valet parking service was a great convenience, and the cozy lobby with a fire added a nice touch.

If I had to nitpick, the bathroom could use a bit of maintenance, as it felt a bit worn. There also could have been more space for toiletries.

Great location by the park, convenient for exploring the city. The room was decently sized and well-appointed. We enjoyed the complimentary water bottles provided daily. The Japanese lunch place downstairs was a highlight, with excellent service and delicious food.

I appreciated the personal touches, like complimentary water and chocolates delivered in the afternoon. I also enjoyed the contemporary decor and artwork throughout the hotel. There was even a great vegan sushi place nearby for a quick, healthy bite.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a subway entrance and right in front of restaurants in mid-town. The rooms are comfortable and clean with rainfall showers. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Wine tastings and a complementary bottle of wine are a nice touch.

The limited breakfast options, but with many restaurants nearby, this was not a major issue.

It was a such great experience overall. Excellent hotel in an incredible location right in front of restaurants, the services were excellent. Funny, consistently courteous people working here. The beds were extremely comfy and room was lovely. I loved the continental breakfast, great variety.
